As we put the final touches to the revamped and redesigned Gluto.com, our heads continue to shake in disbelief about the lackluster, mundane and untrustworthy lottery service websites that exist today.
Time for change
For research purposes, we signed up to a number of the more well known lottery services, which offer EuroMillions syndicates, in order to benchmark our own service and see what customers were experiencing. My own personal experience can only be described as that of cattle and herd – in other words, I was treated as a number and bombarded with generic information, none of which was relevant to me.
