It was announced last week that Intralot, the world’s second-largest lottery systems provider, is proposing that Mediterranean countries unite to launch a joint lottery (Medlotto) to help relations in the region. Intralot’s Chief Executive Constantinos Antonopoulos spoke of the success of the EuoMillions and stated that the joint European lottery should be the model to follow.
